乳酸乳球菌发酵生产γ-氨基丁酸的条件优化 被引量:4

摘要 通过对乳酸乳球菌的发酵培养基及发酵条件进行优化,得到有利于GABA产量的培养基组分为葡萄糖10g/L、混合氮源15g/L、混合氮源(柠檬酸三铵:硫酸铵)成分比例2:1、谷氨酸20g/L;有利于GABA产量的发酵条件为培养基初始pH6.5、培养温度30℃、培养时间26h。在最佳培养基组合和发酵条件下,发酵液中GABA的产量达9.01g/L。 The optimum medium constitution was as follows: glucose 10g/L, compound nitrogen sources 15g/L, component proportion((NH4)3C6H5O7: (NH4)2SO4) 2:1, glutamic acid 20g/L; and the better fermentation conditions was as follows: initial pH6.5, temperature 30℃, fermentation time 26h. Using this optimization conditions, the GABA yield was 9.01 g/L.
