摘要
对一株具有去除玉米赤霉烯酮能力的假丝酵母菌CLY01的培养条件进行了优化研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了CLY01菌的最适生长培养条件为:葡萄糖15%、豆粕粉2%、麸皮水解液4%、KH2PO4 0.4%、MgSO4 0.25%、pH4.5、接种量10%、摇床转速200r/min。在最适培养条件下,测定菌体的生长曲线,菌体在30℃发酵12h进入稳定期,活菌浓度达到1.34×10^9cfu/mL。
The optimal conditions of growth of zearalenone elimination yeast CLY01 were investigated. By using single factor experiment together with orthogonal experiment, the most favorable condition for growth of this yeast were determined to be glucose 15%, soybean meal 2 %, wheat bran hydrolysate 4 %, KH2PO4 0.4 %, MgSO4 0.25 %, pH value 4.5, inoculum 10%, and shaking speed 200 r/min. Under this optimized condition, the growth of CLY01 was detected as well. And it showed the growth of CLY01 entered to a stationary phase alter incubation at 30% for 12h, and the concentration reached to maximal level with 1.34×10^9 cfu/ml. These results can be used as the basis of high-density fermentation culture conditions for further study.
