摘要
钢吊箱围堰是高桩承台施工最重要的施工阶段之一,为确保其安全性,需对钢吊箱施工过程的力学性能进行全面分析,分析钢吊箱施工过程需考虑的各种计算工况,通过ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,并对钢吊箱在各种施工工况下的力学性能进行分析。结果表明:钢吊箱结构整体构造合理,应力和位移均满足规范要求。建议抽水阶段在低潮位下进行,而浇筑第一层承台工况尽量选择在高潮位下进行。
The construction about Steel Suspension Box Cofferdam(SSBC)is an important procedure for constructing elevated pile cap. To ensure its safety, the mechanical property of SSBC during its construction process should be analyzed completely. The analysis cases were presented, and based on the ANSYS Finite Element analysis software, the mechanical properties of SSBC in various working conditions were analyzed by finite element (FE) method. The result had shown: the constitution of SSBC is reasonable, and the values of its stress and displacement meet the requirements of codes. Some suggests were made: water pumping should be constructed during low water level period, but pile cap concreting should be constructed during high water level period.
