摘要
全业务运营大大增加了电信运营商运维工作的复杂性。分析了运维信息化所遇到的问题,以流程为主线,探讨了项目实施方法、运维流程节点模型及IT固化方法,并给出了案例分析,为电信运营商运维信息化的科学规划提供了1种可行的解决方案。
Full service increases the complexity of operation greatly. The problems on information-based operation are analyzed firstly. The project implementation methodology is introduced by operation workflow, and the operation workflow node model and information technology solution are put forward. Finally, a ease is given, to provide a feasible solution on planning information-based operation for operators.
