摘要
采用高效液相色谱法以乙腈—水 (6 5∶35 )为流动相 ,测定了 15种产地泽泻药材及 13种市售饮片中泽泻醇A 2 4—乙酸酯、泽泻醇B 2 3—乙酸酯的含量 ,本法简便、灵敏 。
Alisol A 24-acetate and alisol B 23-acetate in Rhizoma Alismatis were determinated by HPLC using acetonitrile-water(65∶35)as mobile phase.15 samples were from different sources and 13 samples from the market.The method is sensitive,repeatable and easy to operate.
