摘要
用丙二酸和醋酐缩合自制乙酸 (β 二羧基α 甲基 )乙烯酯荧光试剂 ,利用苦参碱、氧化苦参碱对其有定量猝灭作用 ,达到测定苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的目的。其线性范围为 2× 10 -9~ 8×10 -6g/mL ,最低检测限苦参碱为 1 4× 10 -11g/mL ,氧化苦参碱为 4 5× 10 -12 g/mL ,测得苦参和广豆根中苦参碱的含量分别为 0 16 %和 0 11% ,氧化苦参碱的含量分别为 2 5 %和 2 1%。
In making use of the property of matrine and oxymatrine to quench the fluorescence of the reagent condensed from malonic acid and acetic anhydride,we determined the content of matrine and oxymatrine.The linear range is 2×10 -9 ~8×10 -6 g/mL and the lowest determination limit is 1 4×10 -11 g/mL for matrine and 4 5×10 -12 g/mL for oxymatrine.The content of matrine in Sophora flavescens Ait and Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep obtained by the present method is 0 16 % and 0 11 % respectively.The content of oxymatrine is 2 50 % and 2 13 % respectively.
