摘要 西开电气GIS产品经过十余年六千多个间隔的设计、生产,不仅积累了丰富的经验,而且还不断进行各种标准化和优化设计,GIS产品主母线标准化设计是其中的一个实例。通过对某一典型的126 kV GIS产品主母线的多次优化设计过程介绍,及每个过程的改进特点,所解决的问题、带来的变化和经济效益的详细说明,真实客观地描述了产品标准化不断提升的历程,并且该产品经历了不断的制造和运行的考验。在设计→制造→运行→优化设计→制造→运行的循环中,实现了设计效率及标准化生产程度的大大提高,取得了良好的效果。 Xi'an Shiky High Voltage Electric Co., Ltd. has possessed abundant experience of design and production of more than 6000 bays GIS during the past over ten years, with sustainable standardization and optimization design, among which one case is GIS main bus standardization design. Through introducing several optimization processes of certain typical 126 kV GIS main bus and modification features, solved issues, changes and resulted economic effect, this paper objectively describes the continuous enhancement process for the product standardization design. This product has passed the verification of manufacturing and operations. During the cycle of by design, manufacturing, operation, optimized design, manufacturing and operation, the design efficiency and production standardization has been tremendously enhanced with excellent effect.
