This article introduced the analysis and treatment process of one GIS circuit breaker closing fault, which happened in YAHA transformer substation. First, the fault phenomenon was briefly described. Then, according with circuit diagram, the cause was analyzed in detail and solved successfully, the reliability and security of power supply has been ensured. Through analysis and research of this fault, certain reference function has been presented to solve similar fault.
