摘要
以TiCl4为前驱体,采用水热法,在较低温度、较短时间和酸性条件下,合成了形貌可控的TiO2纳米粒子。应用粉末XRD、红外光谱、透射电子显微镜、差热-热重分析等现代表征技术研究了产物的物相、形貌等,初步探讨了高晶化度、高规整性和高分散性的TiO2纳米粒子的制备。结果表明:所制备产物为锐钛矿相纳米TiO2,具有Ti—O—Ti和Ti—O结构,粒径均匀,大小为150 nm,纳米TiO2由锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变过程是缓慢的。
Controlled morphological titanium dioxide nanoparticles were synthesized using TICl4 as precursor under the acidic condition by means of hydrothermal method at low temperature within short time. A few modern techniques, such as powder XRD,infrared spectra, transmission electron microscopy and DTA-TG, of characterization were used to study the phase, morphology of the product, etc. The preparation of nanosized TiO2 particles with high degree of crystallization, high regularity and high dispersion was discussed. The results show that the product prepared was nanosized TiO2 of anatase phase and have Ti O--Ti and Ti--O structure. Diameter of the particle was of 150 nm evenly. The transformation process of nanosized TiO2 is slow from anatase phase to rutile phase.
