摘要
从百合(LiliumbrowniF.E.Brownvar.viridulumBaker)的干燥肉质鳞片中分离得到5个化合物,根据光谱(IR,FABMS,1HNMR,13CNMR,DEPT,HMQC,HMBC)解析和理化性质,分别鉴定为β谷甾醇(I)、胡萝卜苷(I)、正丁基βD吡喃果糖苷(II)、26OβD吡喃葡萄糖3β,26二羟基5胆甾烯16,22二氧3OαL吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)βD吡喃葡萄糖苷(IV)、26OβD吡喃葡萄糖3β,26二羟基胆甾烷16,22二氧3OαL吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)βD吡喃葡萄糖苷(V)。其中IV和V为新化合物,I、I和II为首次从该植物中分得。
Lilium brownii F.E.Brown var. viridulum Baker is a well known and very important traditional Chinese medicine. It has been used as sedative, antitussive, anti inflammatory or as a nutrient. Five compounds were isolated from the bulbs of Lilium brownii. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis (IR, FAB MS, 1HNMR, 13 CNMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC) and their physicochemical properties, they were identified as β sitosterol (I), daucosterol (II), n butyl β D fructopyranoside (III), 26 O β D glucopyranosyl 3β,26 dihydroxy 5 cholesten 16,22 dioxo 3 O α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→2) β D glucopyranoside (IV), 26 O β D glucopyranosyl 3β,26 dihydroxy cholestan 16,22 dioxo 3 O α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→2) β D glucopyranoside(V). Among them, I, II and III were isolated from this plant for the first time, IV and V are new compounds.
