高中学生网络成瘾现状及其影响因素分析

Study on Prevalence and Influencing Factors of Internet Addiction in High School Students

目的了解高中学生网络成瘾流行现状及其影响因素,为网络成瘾的预防和干预提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取南平市城区7所学校的1 833名高中生,进行无记名问卷调查。结果高中生总体网络成瘾率为12.1%,男生(16.8%)高于女生(7.1%),职业高中>普通高中>重点高中。影响网络成瘾的危险因素为上网以玩游戏为主、打架、孤独、吸烟、有自杀意念和离家出走意念;学习成绩好是网络成瘾的保护因素。结论南平高中学生网络成瘾发生率较高,应采取有效的防范措施,预防和控制网络成瘾给中学生带来的危害。

Objective To study the prevalence and the influencing factors of internet addiction disorder （lAD） in high school students, and to provide the scientific evidence for lAD prevention and intervention. Methods With stratified random cluster sampling, 1,833 high school students were selected from 7 schools in Nanping, and they were investigated with an anonymous questionnaire. Results The total prevalence rate of IAD was 12. 1%, and the prevalence rate of male （ 16.8 % ） was higher than that of female （7.1% ）. The prevalence rate of vocational senior schools ranked the first, followed by ordinary schools and key high schools. The risk factors of lAD included playing games online, physical fighting, loneliness, smoking, suicidal attention and the idea of going away from home, while good academic performance was the protective factor. Conclusions There is relatively high prevalence of lAD in high schools of Nanping, and effective measures of prevention and intervention should be taken for the students.
