本文介绍了商业健康保险的定义，讨论了商业健康保险的市场潜力和经营环境，说明了商业健康保险在完善我国医疗保障体系中的重要地位和作用。
In this article the definition of commercial health insurance is introduced,and the market potential and managing environment of commercial health insurance were discussed.The important pasition and effect of commercial health insurance in perfecting medically therapeutic ensurance system were explained and the actual fashion for carrying on complementing medically therapeutic insurance by commercial health insurance was suggested.
