湖南地区幼儿25羟-维生素D_3正常参考值调查

Investigation on Normal Reference Value of Serum 25-hydroxy Vitamin D_3 of Infants in Hunan

目的通过对3月～3岁幼儿血清25羟-维生素D，正常参考水平调查，了解湖南地区幼儿维生素D营养状况，为临床诊断维生素D缺乏性佝偻病提供实验室依据。方法以湖南地区2008年5月-2009年4月来儿童保健科体检的3月～3岁健康幼儿1110人为研究对象，取血查其血清25羟-维生素D3水平。结果湖南地区3月～3岁幼儿血清25～（0H）D，平均水平为（84．37±29．26）nmol／L，健康男童血清25羟一维生素D，水平与女童组比较差异无统计学意义；男、女童夏秋季25羟-维生素D3水平明显高于冬春季；3月～1岁幼儿25羟-维生素D3水平明显低于1～3岁幼儿。结论湖南地区幼儿维生素D营养状况处于较好水平，健康幼儿不同年龄、不同季节的血清25羟-维生素D，正常参考值水平有一定差异。

Objective To investigate the normal range of serum 2.5 - hydroxy vitamin D3 [25（OH）VitD3 ] in infants aged between 3 months and 3 years, to explore the nutritional status of vitamin D3 in infants in Hunan area, and to provide the laboratory evidence for the diagnosis of vitamin D deficient rickets. Methods Totally 1,110 healthy infants aged between 3 months and 3 years who accepted routine health examination from May, 2008 to April, 2009 were included in this study. All the infants came from the area of Hunan and their levels of serum 25（OH）VitD3 were measured. Results The level of serum 25（OH）VitD3 in infants aged 3 months to 3 years of Hunan area was 84.37± 29.26 nmol/L, no statistically significant difference was found in the level of serum 25（OH）VitD3 between healthy boys and girls. The level of serum 25（OH）VitD3 in all the infants was significantly higher during summer and autumn than that during winter and spring. The level of serum 25 （OH） VitD3 in infants aged 3 months to 1 year was significantly lower than that in infants aged 1 year to 3 years. Conclusions The nutritional status of vitamin D in infants in Hunan area is in good condition. The normal level of 25（OH）VitD3 in healthy infants is different in different ages and seasons.
