摘要
在对后效影响因素总结归纳的基础上,尝试构建土地整理项目后效评价指标体系,从经济、社会和生态3个方面进行指标的定量与定性分析,进行多因素指标评价,并结合成功度法以及模糊综合评价,对土地整理项目后效展开评价,并以安徽省寿县安丰塘镇土地整理项目为例进行了后效评价实证分析。
Basing on affecting factors of land consolidation project ex-post effectiveness.this paper seted up the appraisal index system of land consolidation post-benefit evaluation.It was a multi-factor evaluation that quantitative and qualitative analysis were made From the economic,social and ecological aspects.Land consolidation project ex-post benefit evaluation was then made with the success of law and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.And the paper studied the ex-post evaluation taking the land consolidation project of An Feng-tang town of Shou City as an example.
