信阳市食品产业集群发展模式研究

Study on Development Patterns of Food Industrial Clusters in Xinyang City

信阳经济在"十一五"期间要实现跨越式发展,就必须大力发展食品产业,尤其走食品产业集群的道路。根据信阳市食品产业现实基础和发展状况,以及食品产业集群形成过程的路径依赖特征,指出信阳市食品产业集群的发展模式应采取轮轴式和卫星平台式相结合的竞争模式,在产业规划上合理空间布局,加强产业间的联系。产业区域内在充分发挥大企业优势的同时,带动和发展中小企业,形成崭新的规模优势与分层竞争优势发挥作用的特色食品产业集群。

In order to achieve leap-forward development of economy during the period of ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ ,Xinyang must develop food industry vigorously,particularly take the road of food industry clusters. Considering the reality basis of food industry and development conditions,and path-dependent characteristics of fomlation process of food industry cluster,the round and satellite platform of competition style pointed should be adopted by Xinyang city as the cluster development model of food industry;the spatial layout on industry should be reasonable;the linkages in the inter-industry should be strengthen. During the industrial region, large enterprises should make full advantages of themselves, and meanwhile promote and develop small and medium enterprises, so that the features food industry cluster may be formed ,in which new scale advantages and competitive advantage in different layer would play an important role.
