摘要
在实验室条件下对某低品位难浸金矿石进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用一粗三精三扫的浮选闭路流程,可获得品位118.5g/t、回收率80.34%的浮选金精矿。浮选金精矿在600℃下焙烧1h后再氰化浸出,可获得金浸出率90.94%、综合回收率73.06%的分选指标。
A experimental research on the mineral processing technology for separating a refractory low - grade gold ore was carried out in the laboratory. The test results indicated that by using a closed circuit flotation flowsheet of one roughing - three cleaning - three scavenging flotation, a qualified gold concentrate of 118.5g/t Au with a recovery of 80.34% can be obtained. After roasting of flotation concentrate for one hour at 600℃ ,then the cyanide leaching of the roasted concentrate was performed. The leaching rate of gold reached 90.94% ,and the overall gold recovery is 73.06%.
