摘要
结合独立学院教学规律和人才培养特点,在大学计算机基础实验教学中,提出了教学质量的保证关键是过程管理的理念和实践方案。构建了大学计算机基础质量保证体系,将质量保证体系划分为质量策划、质量控制、质量评价和质量改进等4个环节。建立健全了自我发现、自我调控、自我改进、自我完善的管理机制。设计了教学质量保证体系要素,建立了全员参与的教学质量保证体系的制度。指出教学质量保证制度是保证教育管理工作的条理化、结构化、系统化和标准化的前提。
This paper puts forward that the key of teaching quality assurance is the concept and practical plan of process management, with considering the law of teaching and characteristics of talent training, in the daily computer fundamental experimental teaching in independent colleges. A quality assurance system of the college computer fundamental experimental teaching was constructed, which can be divided into quality planning, quality control, quality assessment, and quality improvement as four segments. A self-discovery, self-control, self-improvement, self-perfection management mechanism was established and improved. The factors of the teaching quality assurance system were designed, and a system which makes the full participation in the teaching quality assurance system was established. The paper also points out that the teaching quality assurance document is the presupposition of ensuring that the teaching management can be well-organized, structured, systematized and standardized.
