摘要 探讨了粉状活性炭、粒状活性炭、白土、硅藻土和双氧水对玉米多肽的脱色效果,确定了粉状活性炭为最佳的脱色剂,并用其对玉米多肽进行了单因素和正交试验,比较各因素(粉状活性炭用量、pH值、温度、时间)对脱色效果的影响。结果表明,粉状活性炭最佳脱色工艺为:粉状活性炭用量2.0%,pH 5.0,温度60℃,时间60min,在此条件下,脱色率为69.7%,氮回收率为76.7%。 Discuss the decolouring effects using powered activated carbon, granular activated carbon, clay, diatomite and hydrogen peroxide, and determined the powered activated carbon is the best deeolourant, and with single factor and orthogonal test, compared the deeolouring effect of powered activated carbon concentration, pH, temperature and time. The results showed that high degree of discolouration could be obtained under the following condition: powered activated carbon 2% , pH 5.0, temperature 60℃, time 60min, under this condition, the decoloration rate was 69.7% and the nitrogen recovery was 76.7%.
