摘要
主要介绍了丹参次生代谢产物丹参酮中活性成分萜类化合物的合成途径及其代谢途径中的各种酶,在此基础上研究了赤霉素、诱导子对丹参酮代谢的细胞调控,柯巴基焦磷酸合酶、丹参4-(5′-二磷酸胞苷)-2-C-甲基-D-赤藓醇激酶(SmCMK)对丹参酮代谢的分子调控。展望了通过分子调控机制改良丹参酮次生代谢途径,为丹参酮类化合物的产业化生产提供新的途径。
This paper introduces secondary metabolites of tanshinone in which the active ingredient synthesis are terpenoids with their pathways and related enzymes, based on it, studying the cell metabolism regulation of the gibberellin, yeast elicitors on tanshinone, and the molecular regulation of Salvia miltiorrhiza copalyl diphosphate synthase( SmCPS), 4-( cytidine 5'-diphospho)-2-C-methyl-D-erythritol kinase (SmCMK) on tanshinone. Through the molecular mechanism to improve the regulation of secondary metabolic pathways on tanshinone, the paper provide a new way for the industry production of tanshinone compounds.
