一种新的红外焦平面读出电路

摘要 针对非致冷红外焦平面设计并制作了一种CMOS读出电路。该单片式读出电路包括3个部分:BCDI结构的输入电路,CTIA结构的列共享积分电路,以及共享相关双采样(CDS)输出电路。该读出电路用在一个实验性氧化钒(VO2)红外焦平面芯片上,测试结果验证了所设计的读出电路读出功能的可行性。 A CMOS readout circuit for uncooled FPAs is designed and fabricated.The on-chip readout circuit consists of three major parts: An input circuit of BCDI structure,a column-shared integration circuit of CTIA structure,and a common CDS output circuit.This readout circuit has been fabricated for an experimental readout chip for VO2-based FPA,and the measurement results of the fabricated readout chip have successfully verified its readout function and excellent performance.
