论国际竞争力要素对陕西经济发展的启示

Elements of the international competitiveness of the economic development of Shaanxi Province

国际竞争力"八大要素"具体是指一个国家或一个地区的国内经济实力、国际化程度、政府效率、金融环境、基础设施、企业效率、科研开发和国民素质。我们在对这八大要素进行分析的基础上,认为影响地区经济发展的关键要素是国内经济实力、基础设施、科研开发和国民素质,并结合陕西省实际情况对陕西经济发展提出了几点建议。

The ＂eight essential factors＂ of the international competitiveness refers to a national or a local economic potentiality, the internationalization level, the government managed capacity, the financial system, the infrastructure, the business management, the science and technology and the national quality. Based on the analysis to these eight essential factors, this paper presented that the essential factors that affect local economic development are the economic potentiality, the infrastructure, the science and technology and the national quality. And the suggestions to Shaanxi economic development are provided combined with Shaanxi practice.
