建立灵活多元的农村科技人才培养体系——国外成功经验对陕西的启示

我省农村科技人才分布不够均衡,结构不尽合理,现行培养机制不够健全,严重制约了农村科技人才队伍建设步伐。在借鉴国外培养农业科技人才经验的基础上,结合我省实际,提出了创新我省农村科技人才培养机制,建立多层次、多元化的人才培养体系的政策建议。

The distribution of scientific and technological personnel in the rural areas of Shaanxi Province is not balanced enough. The frame and culture mechanism are not reasonable and complete, which constrained the development of scientific and technological personnel. This paper comes up with the suggestions about how to improve the culture mechanism of scientific and technological personnel in the rural areas, to establish multi - level, multi - part cultivation system in the foundation of foreign experience and Shaanxi＇ s reality.
