摘要
目的分析三叉苦茎挥发油成分。方法用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取三叉苦茎的挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定挥发油成分,面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果从三叉苦茎中分离出56个成分,鉴定了27个成分,占挥发油含量的75.330%。结论茎中挥发性成分主要有:十六酸、十六酸十八烷基酯、δ-杜松油烯、新植二烯等。
Objective To analyze the volatile constituents of Evodia lepta (Spr.) Merr stem collected at Dinghushan in Guangzhou,Guangdong province. Methods The essential oil was extracted by water distillation method and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results Fifty-six constituents in the sample were separated, among which the chemical structure and relative content of sixteen constituents were identified, the sum of their contents was 75.330%.Conclusion Its volatile constituents mainly contain hexadecanoic acid, delta.-cadinene, hexadecanoic acid, octadecyl ester, neophytadiene and so on.
