HPLC法测定苦苣菜中槲皮素和木犀草素的含量 被引量:4

摘要 目的为建立苦苣菜的质量标准提供实验依据。方法采用Thermo ODS-2 Hypersil色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相以甲醇-0.3%冰乙酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为366nm。结果槲皮素与木犀草素的线性范围分别为0.092~0.46μg(r=0.9998)、0.308~1.54μg(r=0.9999);加样回收率分别为98.3%和97.78%;相对标准偏差(RSD%)低于2%(n=6)。结论本测定方法可为苦苣菜的质量评价提供可靠依据。 Objective To provide experimental evidence for building up the quality standard of Sonchus oleraceus. Methods Under the chromatography condition that HPLC colum was Thermo ODS-2 Hypersil ( 4.6 min×250 mm, 5 μm ) with methanol-0.3% acetic acid in water with a gradient elution as the mobile phase, detection wavelength was 254 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of quercetin and luteolin was 0.092-0.46μg (r = 0.999 8), 0.308-1.54 μg ( r=0.999 9 ) . The average recoveries were 98.3% and 97.78%, and RSD (n=6) was less than 2%.Conclusion The method could be used for quality evaluation of Sonchus oleraceus.
