摘要
目的建立六味地黄丸(浓缩丸)的微生物检查方法。方法按照《中国药典》2005年版一部微生物限度检查方法中的平皿法对样品进行微生物验证试验。结果5株阳性菌的回收率均可达到70%以上。结论可按平皿法对六味地黄丸进行微生物限度检查。
Aim To establish a method for microbial limit test of Liuwei Dihuang pills. Methods The validation test for microbial limit examination of Liuwei Dihuang pills was according to the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results The recovery is over 70% in 5 positive strains by the method of culture dish. Conclusion The validation method of Liuwei Dihuang pills for microbial limit should use culture dish method.
