摘要
目的观察银杏叶胶囊治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法47例患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,加用银杏叶胶囊口服,治疗4周,观察治疗前后血流变学指标、血脂及临床症状的变化。结果血流变学指标及血脂经治疗后均明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论银杏叶胶囊从血流动力学、血液流变学、组织细胞代谢等多个环节对抗脑缺血及其继发损伤,以达到治疗脑梗死的目的,且未发现明显的副作用。
Objective To study the clinic therapeutic effect of Ginkgo Leaves capsule on patients suffering from cerebral infarction. Methods 47 patients with cerebral infarction received Ginkgo biloba L- leaves capsule based on clinic conventional therapy. After 4-week treated, the blood flow rheology and blood-fat were measured to observe the changes while the clinical symptoms were observed. Results After 4-week treated, the blood flow rheology and blood-fat level were lower than that before taking capsule（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）.Conclusion After taking Ginkgo Leaves capsule ,it is helpful to treat cerebral infarction by improving cerebral blood flow and preventing subsequent lesion, and there are little adverse effects.
