Tundish＇ s service life can affect the output of a continuous casting unit and the yield of molten steel; it also limits the number of continuous casting heat. This problem was however solved by using a quick replacement technique for the diameter nozzle in the tundish,which markedly enhanced the efficiency of the continuous casting unit.
