In order to cope with the current international financial crisis,SISG' s Heat and Power Plant Station has reduced the number of workers, and hence cut down the labor cost by reorganizing the production process and optimizing the organization structure. In addition, a stimulating mechanism for proper use of labor resources is proposed.
