介绍了XJT-14型浮选机的结构特点、工作原理和技术参数,在太原选煤厂多年的应用实践证明,该设备性能基本稳定,操作简单,对经主洗跳汰分选后入浮煤泥适应性强,药剂消耗低,处理量相对较大,分选效率高,浮选效果好。不足之处:设备运行电耗高,占地空间大。
Introduces the structure characteristics, the working principle and the technical parameter of XJT - 14 flotator, for many year application practices in Taiyuan coal preparation plant proves that this equipment perform- ance is basic stable, operation is simple, the floating coal slime is adaptable after through the main washing jigging separation, the medicament consumes lowly, the process load is relatively big, the separation efficiency is high, the flotation process effect is good. The deficiency is high power consumption in equipment running, covering a large space.
