摘要 以SAC型喷油嘴为基础研究了喷油嘴偶件的几何结构,如喷孔k系数、喷孔入口圆角半径、喷孔直径、压力室容积等对喷油嘴流动特性的影响;同时,研究了喷孔加工误差,如喷孔粗糙度、喷孔形状误差、喷孔位置误差等对喷油嘴流动特性的影响。结果表明:k系数和喷孔入口圆角半径对喷油嘴流动特性影响最大。 Based on SAC nozzle, flow characteristics with various nozzle geometry, such as κ-factor, radius of rounded inlet, nozzle hole diameter, volume in pressure chamber, are studied. At the same time, the influence on flow characteristics from production error, shape error, location error, are also studied. The results indicate that the κ-factor and radius of rounded inlet have great influence on flow characteristics.
