摘要
本文对润滑油温度对内燃机噪声的影响进行了研究,结果表明润滑油温度会对内燃机噪声产生影响,并且这种影响是通过对其动力性能的作用而间接影响的。对于复合阻尼部件受润滑油温度影响的机理分析和实验研究表明润滑油温度的高低对于复合阻尼罩壳的阻尼特性会产生很大的影响,复合阻尼材料存在最佳使用温度,高于或低于这一温度范围都有可能会产生与预期结果相反的情况,温度过高甚至会出现不能起到减振降噪的作用。
The impact of oil temperature to noise of engine is investigated in this paper. The noise level of engine can be affected by power performance indirectly. After mechanism analysis and experimental study of composite vibration damping parts are made, the influence of oil temperature to damping characteristic is investigated. The results show that an optimal temperature exists in using damping parts and there may be an inverse results beyond the temperature range. High temperature would induce noise increase which is proved by experiment.
