摘要
采用计算机辅助设计(CAE)方法设计了轿车发动机用轻量化、高强度连杆;通过有限元计算分析,该连杆不存在失稳危险,并符合强度要求;用液压伺服疲劳试验系统进行疲劳试验,连杆安全系数满足设计要求;通过严格控制生产加工工艺,提高制造加工质量,实现了该连杆的批量生产。
By using of CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) methods, a high strength, light weight passenger car conrod was designed, and the stability and fatigue strength performances were validated with finite dement analysis. The safety factor was tested with hydraulic servo fatigue testing system and meet design requirements. Finally, through strictly control of manufacture process and improved quality, the conrod has being mass produced.
