摘要
介绍了电解去毛刺加工的原理,在此基础上设计了用于高压共轨喷油器体进回油孔电解去毛刺的专用机床;对阴极安装板等机床关键部件的设计作了说明,并对电解去毛刺工艺中的一些问题进行了分析研究;通过生产实践证明,该机床可去除喷油器体进回油孔的毛刺,并形成光滑圆弧,满足技术要求。
Theory for electrochemical deburring was introduced in the paper, and electrochemical deburring machine for injector body' s inlet and outlet of common rail system was designed based on the theory. Key components, such as cathode mounting platen were analyzed, and electrochemical deburring process was studied also. It was showed through manufacturing practice that the machine designed in the paper can deburr inlet and outlet of injector' s body well, and there will generate smooth transition arc on joint surface, so it can meet technical conditions.
