摘要
目的:本文基于广东省和广西壮族自治区的现场调查,探索经医院确诊HIV感染者/AIDS病人失访的具体原因并提出相关建议。方法:采用调查问卷、深度个人访谈和专题小组讨论相结合的方式,调查问卷用SPSS进行统计学分析,深度个人访谈和专题小组讨论采用定性分析方法。结果与结论:经医院确诊HIV感染者/AIDS病人失访的原因集中在6个方面:恐惧自卑、宣传不够、部门协调不够、随访不力、检查报告周期过长、人口流动。总结这些失访原因并提出政策性建议。
Objectives: This article explores the specific reasons of missing visits of those HIV/AIDS patients who are diagnosed by the hospitals and provides policy recommendations through a field study undertaken in Guangdong Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Methods: The questionnaire survey, in-depth individual interviews and focus group discussions were used. The quantative analysis is conducted by using questionnaire data in SPSS. In addition, the qualitative method is used to analyze information obtained from in-depth individual interviews and focus group discussions. Results : There are the following reasons for losing follow-up of HIV/AIDS patients diagnosed by the hospitals: the fear of inferiority; not enough publicity; lack of coordination; inadequate follow-up; inspection reporting cycle is too long, and population flows. This article sums up the reasons for losing follow-up and provides policy recommendation.
