那西肽对肉仔鸡增重及免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究那西肽对肉鸡生长性能及免疫的影响。选取7日龄AA肉鸡360羽,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.5‰、1‰、2‰的那西肽预混剂,进行饲养试验。结果显示,1‰组肉鸡增重提高22.2%(P<0.05);各组料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。添加那西肽1‰组可显著提高血清中ND抗体效价(P<0.05),试验结果表明,肉鸡的日粮中添加一定剂量的那西肽可提高肉鸡的体增重和免疫力且具有一定的剂量依赖效应。 To investigate the effect of nosiheptide on growth performance and immunity in broilers. Three hundred and sixty AA broilers (7 d old) were chosen to be randomly divided into 4 groups, with 3 replicates in each group, The breeding test was added separately nosiheptide 0, 0.5‰, 1‰, 2‰ in the basal diet. The result showed that the daily gain of broilers increased 22.2‰ in 1‰ group (P〈0.05), With no significant differences of gain feed ratio between each group (P〉0.05). The 1‰ group serum of ND antibody triers was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05 ). The results showed that the immunity and growth performance of the broilers were improved by added noshiheptide in the basal diet and was dose-dependently.
