A Study on Upgrade Path of Technology System in Enterprises——Based on the Questionnaire Analysis of Changzhou Local Enterprises

企业技术系统作为企业的一个子系统,在企业技术创新活动中处于核心地位,其效能对企业技术创新能力具有关键性作用。文章对影响企业技术系统效能的因素:企业技术系统的发展规划和投入,技术人员的学习和激励,技术系统内部交流以及技术系统与企业其它系统的交流与协调进行了研究,并提出了相关的建议。

As a subsystem of enterprises, enterprise technology system is the core status in technological innovation activities. And its effectiveness will also bring into playing a key role in technological innovation capability of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the development of enterprise technology systems, this paper studies learning and motivation of technical personnel, internal communication in technology systems and out communication and coordination of technical systems and other enterprise systems. The impact of enterprise technology system performance is explored and then some correspondent strategies are proposed.
