Before a construction of mine shaft, it shall research and understand the mine engineering geology and hydrogeology, aod shall make all preparations for the shaft sinking.If there is big water inflow occured during the shaft sinking, it shall have a operation of pregrcuting at surface or face to reduce the water inflow and have dry shaft sinking.To speed up the construction,a mechanized operation line should be used for the excavation and lining of the mine shaft or mine roadway.Construction control, personnel training, technical improvement and establishment of post responsibility regulation are requried to reduce the period of mine construction and the project cost.
