摘要 [目的]探讨70%甲醇、70%乙醇、70%乙酸乙酯3种不同溶剂加热回流提取金银花方法中不同溶剂对提取液中黄酮类物质含量的影响。[方法]采用紫外-可见光度计,以芦丁标准品为对照品,测量70%甲醇、70%乙醇、70%乙酸乙酯作溶剂时各提取液中总黄酮的含量。[结果]70%甲醇溶剂提取率为0.35%,70%乙酸乙酯溶剂提取率为0.49%,70%乙醇溶剂提取率为4.01%。[结论]70%乙醇作为溶剂时,提取的黄酮类物质含量明显高于其他2种溶剂,为提取金银花中黄酮类物质的最佳溶剂。 [ Objective] The effect of three different solvents:70% methanol,70% ethanol and 70% ethy acetate, on the content of total flavonoids extracted from Japanese honeysuckle( flos lonicera) was studied. [ Method ] The standard sample of Rutin standard solution beinglaken as the control, the content of total flavonoids extracted from Japanese honeysuckle with 70% carbinol, 70% ethanol and 70% ethy acetate as solvents was determined with the method of UV-1700 Spectrometer, respectively. [ Results] The result indicated that the content of total fla- vonoids extracted from Japanese honeysuckle with 70% carbinol as solvent was 0.35% ; 70% ethanol, 4.01% and 70% ethy acetate, 0.49%. [ Conclusion] The content of total flavonoids extracted from Japanese honeysuckle with 70% ethanol as solvent was highest and 70% ethanol was the best solvent.
