Quality Evaluation of Flue-cured Tobacco in Different Types of Soil

[目的]明确粤烟96的田间成长特性和烤后烟叶的质量风格特征。[方法]对粤烟96在广东南雄地区沙泥田、牛肝田、紫色土3种土壤类型的田间生长情况进行调查,并对其化学成分和香味物质含量、感官质量等进行综合质量评价。[结果]3种土壤上粤烟96的外观质量和内在质量都达到优质烟的品质,其综合品质为紫色土>牛肝田>沙泥田,也就是说紫色土更适合粤烟96的田间生长。[结论]该研究为粤烟96的田间生产提供相应的配套技术,并且为粤烟96在卷烟工业中的应用提供理论依据。

[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the growth characteristics and baking quality of Guangdong flue-cured tobacco 96. [ Method] The growth of Guangdong flue-cured tobacco 96 in three types of soil was investigated. And its chemical composition and aroma substances, sensory quality were evaluated comprehensively. [ Result ] Inherent quality and appearance quality of Guangdong flue-cured tobacco 96 grew in three types of soil reached the quality of high-quality tobacco. Its comprehensive quality was as follows ： purple soil 〉 liver field 〉 mud field. So purple soil was more suitable for the growth of Guangdong flue-cured tobacco 96. [ Conclusion ] The research provided produc- tion technology for Guangdong flue-cured tobacco 96, and provided the corresponding theoretical basis for cigarette industry.
