摘要
分别以芦丁和没食子酸为对照品,测定了磨盘草不同营养器官(根、茎、叶)中总黄酮和总酚的含量。结果表明,磨盘草叶、茎、根中总黄酮含量分别为1.96%、1.20%、0.78%,总酚含量分别为8.61%、6.03%、4.31%。
With rutin and gallic acid as the reference substances resp. , the contents of total flavonoids and total phenols in different vegetative organs (root, stem and leaf) of Abutilon indicum( L. ) sweet were determined. The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids and total phenols in leaf, stem and root of Abutilon indicum (L.) sweet were 1.96% , 1.20% , 0.78% and 8.61%, 6.03% , 4.31% resp.
