摘要
[目的]为草原红牛的种质特性提供基础数据,为提高草原红牛的生产性能和进一步开展草原红牛肉用新群体的培育提供理论依据。[方法]以草原红牛、肉用群体(含1/4利木赞血草原红牛)为试验牛种,按营养水平分为高、低营养水平组,进行育肥、屠宰试验,所得数据进行差异显著性分析。[结果]在高营养水平下,肉用群体的日增重和饲料转化率显著高于草原红牛(P<0.05)。肉用群体高营养组在日增重和饲料转化率上显著高于低营养组(P<0.01)。肉用群体高营养组的胴体产肉率和肉骨比显著高于低营养组(P<0.05)。高营养水平显著增加了肉用群体的总氨基酸含量(P<0.01),提高了牛肉的营养价值。[结论]高营养水平下,杂交改良提高了草原红牛的生长性能和牛肉的营养价值。
[ Objective] The research aimed to provide basic data for breed traits of grassland red cattle and theory evidences for improving production performance of grassland red cattle and for breeding new beef strain population. [ Method] This experiment used red cattle of steppe and meat group for materials. The experimental cattle was divided high-nutrition group and low-nutrition group according their nutritional levels, then finishing and slaughter tests were conducted. The values of result were analyzed for difference significance. [ Result ] Meat group were obviously higher than grassland red cattle in average daily gains and feed conversion ratio (P 〈 0.05 ). The high nutrient groups in meat group were higher than the low nutrient groups in the average daily gains and feed convernon ratio (P 〈 0.01 ). The meat production rate and meatbone ratio in high nutrient groups were higher than that in low nutritient group( P 〈 0.05 ). The high nutritional levels could improve the nutritive value of beef by increasing the content of total amino acids( P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] Under high nutrion level, crossbreeding improved growth performance of steppe red cattle and nutrition contents of beef.
