摘要
[目的]研究不同浓度8-HQ对栀子花保鲜的影响。[方法]以白色大花栀子为材料,共设5组保鲜处理,插瓶8 d,测定各组处理对栀子花鲜重、水分平衡值、花朵直径、瓶插寿命的影响。[结果]从鲜重、水分平衡值、花朵直径、瓶插寿命分析,处理④(3%蔗糖+300mg/L8-HQ)的开花直径最大,为9.4 cm,水分平衡值下降最慢,鲜重下降较慢;处理①(3%蔗糖+50 mg/L8-HQ)瓶插寿命最长。[结论]经综合分析,处理④(3%蔗糖+300 mg/L8-HQ)对栀子花的保鲜效果最好。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to study effects of fresh-keeping of different concentrations 8-HQ on Gardenia jdsminsedes. [ Method ] With the Gardenia jdsminsedes as test materials, set up 5 groups, the fresh weight, water balance value, flower diameter and life were measured. [ Result ] Treatment ④ (3 % sugar + 300 mg/L 8-HQ) had the maximum diameter (9.4 cm), hydrologic balance value decreased slowly ; treatment ① ( 3 % sugar + 50 mg/L 8-HQ) had the longest life by analyzing the factors of fresh weight, water balance value, flower diameter and life. [ Conclusion]Treatment ④ (3% Sugar +300 mg/L 8-HQ) had the best fresh-keeping effect.
