我国本科护理教育培养目标的调查

Survey of Chinese BSN Program Objectives

本研究采用问卷的方法，调查了全国１９８７年以前成立的十一所医学院校护理系教师对本科护理教育应达到的具体目标的意见，以便使总的培养目标更加具体和可操作。调查结果显示，本科护生应具备的能力是：临床护理，护理科研，护理教育；应争取具备的能力是护理管理和社区护理。在具体分解的１０１项能力中有３４项被７０％以上的护理教师认为是本科生毕业时必须具备的能力，应作为本科护理教育的最基本目标。另外有３３项能力是５０％～７０％的被调查的教师认为学生毕业前应争取达到的，可以作为较高层次的教育目标。根据此次调查结果。

The study explored the opinions of 77 nursing teachers from 11 baccalaureate nursing programs regarding the program objectives.The results showed that clinical nursing care,nursing research,nursing education,nursing management and community nursing are viewed as basic competencies of BSN graduates. Among the detailed 101 skills and performances,34 are selected by more than 70% of faculties as essential abilities that the BSN graduates must possess at the end of the program.Another 33 abilities are chosen by 50% 70% teachers as the BSN graduates should achieved.Based on the result,12 general objectives are concluded.
