摘要 总结23对钢丝绳罐道的设计提升高度、井内布置、绳型选择、刚性系数、稳罐技术和经济效果。 There are 23 shafts at Xizhou Coal Bureau and 4 shafts at local coal mines at Xizhou city,which are equipped with rope hoisting guides.Total weight of ropes used as guides is 1376 t; total height is 10365 m; the deepest depth among the guides is 1020.5 m. The shafts equipped with rope-hoisting guide include cage shafts, skip shafts and shafts witg cages and skips (there are 18 ropes in the shaft) . Cages guided by rope-hoisting guides include single-deck cage with capacity of one wagon, double-deck cage with capacity of 4 wagons and man cage with counter weight. Optimal rope used as guide is locked rope. Ordinary rope also can be used as guide. Ropes including 5 dimensions in diameter are from 32 to 47 mm. Ropes are tensioned by hydraulic tensioner or counter weight. Rigid coefficient of rope is 800-900 N/m. There are 5 assembles of fixing ropes, which mainly are double wedge block assembles with split enclosure and rectangular section,as well as hydraulic tensioner tensioning top end of rope. Cost of r(?)pe-hoisting guide is only 1/8 of steel guide. The paper presents how to design rope-hoisting guide for north shaft at Qishan coal mine.
