摘要
用硫酸氢钠作催化剂,环己烷作带水剂,以草酸与正丁醇为原料合成了草酸二丁酯。考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间对草酸二丁酯收率的影响,结果表明,硫酸氢钠有着良好的催化活性,在草酸用量0.1 mol、醇酸摩尔比3.0:1、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.0%、环己烷用量32 mL条件下回流反应30 min,草酸二丁酯收率可达87.0%,且催化剂重复使用5次仍保持较高活性。
Dibutyl oxalate was synthesized from oxalic acid and n-butanol using sodium bisulfate monohydrate as catalyst and cyclohexane as water carrying agents. The effects of reaction conditions such as molar ratio of raw materials, dosage of catalyst and water-carrying agent, and reaction time on the yield of dibutyl oxalate were examined. The result showed that sodium bisulfate monohydrate had good catalytic activity with the yield of product up to 87.0% under the reaction conditions as follows: the amount of oxalic acid 0.1 mole, the molar ratio of butanol to oxalic acid 3.0 : 1, the dosage of catalyst 1.0% ( based on the total mass of reactants), the volume of cyclohexane 32 mL, reflux reaction time 30 minutes. The catalyst could be repeatedly used for five times without loss of catalytic activity.
