摘要
对以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)及荧光单体4-甲氧基-N-(2-N',N'-二甲基氨基乙基)萘二甲酰亚胺烯丙基氯化铵(FM)为原料制备的共聚物FM-MA-AM水处理药剂的荧光性能和阻垢性能进行了研究。结果表明,该聚合物的激发波长和发射波长分别为382 nm和461 nm;共聚物药剂的荧光强度与其质量浓度呈现良好的线性关系。当共聚物药剂浓度为30mg·L^(-1)时对碳酸钙阻垢率可达60%;冷却水体系pH使用范围较宽;水质体系钙离子浓度小于800mg·L^(-1)时共聚物药剂阻垢率仍达50%以上;水质体系温度达90℃时,仍保持较高阻垢率,具有较好的耐温性能和钙容忍度;可以与其他常规阻垢剂复配使用,对其荧光性能的影响很小。
The copglymer(FM - MA - AM) was prepared from maleic anhydride( MA), acrytamide(AM) and 4 - methoxy - N - ( 2 - N', N' - dimethylaminoethyl) naphthalirnide allyl chloride quaternary ammonium salt (FM). The effects of FM - MA - AM on fluorescence and scale inhibition were researched. The excited and the emitted wavelength of FM - MA - AM was 382 nm and 461 nm respectively. The relationship between fluorescent intensity and concentration of FM - MA - AM was linear. The scale inhibition ratio of CaCO3 was 60% when the copolymer concentration was 30 mg·L^-1. It could be used within wide range of pH. The scale inhibition ratio was more than 50% when the concentration of Ca^2+ was less than 800 mg·L^-1 FM - MA - AM had good scale inhibition efficiency when the temperature was 90 ℃. It had excellent heat tolerance and calcium tolerance. Little effect on the fluorescence intensity had been found when combining the copolymers with some other water treatment agents.
