左卡尼汀联合蔗糖铁治疗血液透析肾性贫血24例

Effects of L-carnitine with iron sucrose on anemia in patients undergoing hemodialysis

目的观察左卡尼汀联合蔗糖铁治疗尿毒症血液透析患者贫血的疗效。方法将48例维持性血液透析尿毒症合并贫血患者随机分成两组,治疗组24例,对照组24例。患者在给予常规纠正贫血治疗基础上,治疗组加用左卡尼汀联合蔗糖铁治疗12周。对照组口服琥珀酸亚铁治疗12周,疗程前后均检测两组患者的血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血清铁蛋白。结果治疗组治疗后各项观察指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左旋卡尼汀联合蔗糖铁治疗血液透析患者的贫血具有较好疗效。

Objective To investigate the effects of L - carnitine with iron sucrose on anemia in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods Forty - eight patients with anemia undergoing hemodialysis were randomly divided into treatment group （24 cases） and control group（24 cases）, Beside normal antianemia treatment in both groups, in treatment group L - earnitine and iron sucrose was given to the patients for 12 weeks, the control group were given femous succinateorally 12 weeks. Hb, Hct and SF were measured before and after treatment. Results After 12 weeks,each item in treatment group was significantly hinger than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion L - carnitine with iron sucrose are effective in treatment on anemia of hemodialysis patients.
