一例人工耳蜗植入聋儿构音训练的评估及反思 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过个案分析探讨如何有效帮助聋儿发出清晰的言语声。方法采用多种评估方法,分析个案构音器官结构、运动能力及汉语构音能力,在评估的基础上进行针对性构音训练。结果通过构音训练,该聋儿言语清晰度从33%提高到64%。结论通过有针对性的构音训练,能够有效帮助聋儿提高言语清晰度。 Objective To explore the effective way to help the hearing-impaired children to produce intelligible speech from a case study of the development of speech for a cochlear implant recipient. Methods The structures of articulation organs, motor abilities and articulation abilities of the child were analyzed with relevant assessment methods. Based on the assessment results, training of the articulation organs was carried out to improve the articulation of the patient. Results The speech intelligibility of the child was improved from 33% to 64% by training of the articulation organs. Conclusion Training of articulation organs can effectively enhance the speech intelligibility of hearing-impaired children.
