不同产地黄精中微量元素的主成分分析

Principal Component Analysis to the Trace Elements of Rhizoma Polygonatum in Different Districts of China

应用主成分分析法,结合SPSS统计软件,对中药黄精中的微量元素特征进行了研究,以Pb、Cd、Al等微量元素为评价指标,对其质量进行了综合评价。结果表明,黄精中的微量元素对黄精的质量具有重要的作用和意义。

This article analysis and compare the Rhizoma Polygonatum of the trace elements in eight different places of China through principle component analysis with Statistical Software SPSS13. 0 . And then , the results shows that the trace elements of Rhizoma Polygonatum play an important role in evaluation of herb qulity.
