摘要
液压支架的检测检验是很重要的,且检验任务比较繁重。文章就如何提高支架进出试验台的效率展开研究,分别介绍了系统模型设计、支架进出操作及托架装置的受力分析等。通过SolidWorks建立系统的三维模型,并对托架装置进行了受力分析和校核。得出,本系统可以操作目前最大的支架自动进出试验台,并能有效缩短支架进出试验台的时间,消除了人工操作的安全隐患,有着重要的实用意义。
The test of hydraulic support is very important, and the task is heavier. Against how to enhance the testing efficiency, the paper separately introduces the systematic model design, the operation for hydraulic supports moving in and out, the force analysis of the bracket device and so on. Besides, it establishes 3D model of the system by Solidworks software and makes the force analysis and the check for the bracket device. The results show that this system could operate the largest testing bed with hydraulic supports moving in and out automatically, save the moving time, eliminate the safety potential for staff, and characterize an important practicability.
